Other things to note The property is designated as non-smoking and pets are not allowed. Occupancy limit is as stated in your contract. Quiet time is after 11:00 p.m. Neighborhood respect must be maintained. Please ensure there is no excessive abusive drinking behavior, climbing on the structure, or carving/writing on the logs. In the event of damaging behavior or excessive noise, the Manager of Alpine Cougar Chalet reserves the right to evict with No Refund and costs of repair will be charged. Waiver form as provided must be signed and returned to owner.
