Exterior stairs are required to access the backyard, pool, and dock - While guests' pets are not allowed, the owners bring their dogs inside the home when they stay. The property may not be suitable for those with pet allergies - This property sleeps 11 guests in 7 beds, with room for up to 13 guests total by using the seasonal pool house. The pool house is not available for guest use in the winter - The portable crib and crib are available upon request - Children must be supervised by the pool and dock at all times and wear appropriate flotation gear (not provided) - The fireplace is not available for guest use - Maintenance comes to the property weekly for lawn care (on Wednesdays) and bi-weekly for pool care - Your safety matters.
