Other things to note - TRASH MUST BE BAGGED, SECURELY TIED, FREE FROM BREAKAGE AND BAGGED IN 13-GALLON BAGS (A valet service will come empty the bins from where they sit on trash day which is every WEDNESDAY morning). **UNBAGGED/TIED TRASH IN BINS: $50 FINE** - PLENTY OF PARKING FOR 4 VEHICLES - PLEASE DO NOT CUT (IE USE KNIVES) ON THE KITCHEN COUNTERTOPS OR ALLOW SPILLS TO SIT ON THEM, AS THEY WILL STAIN. -SORRY, PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED -NO PARTIES OR EVENTS -9 PEOPLE MAX -PLEASE DO NOT USE THE SWINGSET (W/ THE GREEN SLIDE) IN THE BACK YARD FOR SAFETY REASONS. WHILE STRUCTURALLY SOUND, IT IS OLDER AND WILL SOON BE REMOVED FROM THE PROPERTY. **NO SMOKING/VAPING OF ANY KIND IN THE HOUSE** *If evidence of smoking inside is found, a $500 fine for deep cleaning will be assessed. Thank you for your understanding. ***EARLY CHECK-IN AND LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS*** We allow early check-in and late check-out at our unit upon request. This will depend on the property and the cleaner's availability. We implement an early check-in fee and a late check-out fee. ***Check-Out Time & Late Departure Policy*** Standard check-out time is 11:00 AM, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by the Host. Unauthorized late check-outs will incur an additional fee of $50 per hour and charged at the top of each hour thereafter (e.g., checking out at 12:10 PM will result in a $100 fee). This fee covers delays with cleaning staff and turnover schedules. Guests are urged to check out on time to avoid any additional fees. **If Guests would like to see if our cleaners are able to accommodate a late check-out, the LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS must be made 24 HOURS in advance.** We provide starter supplies, enough for 3-4 day stays. It will be up to the guest to replenish those supplies for extended stays. **Please note that as part of the reservation booking process, we ask guests to visit a link to e-sign a rental agreement. In NC, written rental agreements are required to be compliant with the NC Vacation Rental Act. We include them as best practice for our listings in SC. There is also a link to a quick Point of Contact form which helps make for a smoother check-in process.** Trust & Safety: *As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection has been included in a Trust and Safety Fee or your rental rate. The Safely Protection Policy covers the cost of repairing damage to the property up to $3,000 for content and $3,000 for dwelling. The fee for this protection is refundable if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date. Any deductible, minimum claim amount, or cost of repair in excess of the coverage limits will be the responsibility of the Guest, and Everlong Residential will process the payment using the form of payment on file for the Guest.
