The space The main level offers an open living area with vaulted pine ceiling that includes a full functioning kitchen, dining area, and sitting area with 55" smart T.V. A sun room with gas fireplace that is perfect for morning coffee or relaxing with a book. One bedroom with queen size bed, bathroom with full size tub shower, and laundry. The lower level provides a suite with heated floors, queen size bed, bathroom with stand up shower, and seasonal mountain views. Guest access Guest have full access to the house, yard, garage, and parking area that can accommodate up to 3 cars. You will need your vehicle to experience everything the local area has to offer. Other things to note The house provides two bedrooms with a queen bed in each room, this set up comfortably sleep 4 guests. There is a queen size pull out sofa to provide sleeping flexibility among the guests. There are 3 seasonal portable A/C’s setup in the house May-October Grill, patio furniture, and stone wall fire pit is for seasonal use May - first snow fall. Patio bench(s) and fire pit are available for the winter season use. The house is equipped with a generator that supports electricity and heat for the entire home and enough fuel is provided that will support your stay for up to 36 hrs. This property provides every amenity of a home at no additional charge to the guests. Linens and towels are provided for each guest along with a washer and dryer for guests to use. Laundry detergent is provided for laundering your cloths or to freshen up your linens and towels during your extended stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare and serve a basic home cooked meal. The kitchen also has a dishwasher with detergent pods provided. Coffee options are Keurig, French Press, and Nespresso. Coffee pods, ground coffee and nespresso pods are provided. Cream and sugar are provided as well. Toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, trash bags, Clorox wipes and additional cleaning supplies are all provided. The house has 100mbps fiber internet service (this is not typical for this area of Maine). The TV is set up for streaming with basic access to an Amazon prime, paramount plus, and peacock account.
