The Little Cottage

We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Moëlan-sur-Mer, this charming small thatched cottage with a surface of 40 m ² and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 10 m², a fully equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom, a mezzanine with a sleeping area, a shower room and you can enjoy a garden of about 30 m². We are waiting for you! The space The accommodation is composed as follows: On the ground floor : - A living room of 10 m² with a dining area. - A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, toaster, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine... - A bathroom with shower and WC. On the first floor: - A mezzanine with two single beds - A bedroom with a double bed (140×190). Outside : - An unfenced garden of about 30 m², south facing, not overlooked as well as a terrace with furniture to enjoy the nice days. Guest access Full access to the property and its facilities. Other things to note - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Rates are given as an indication and are subject to change by our partner. - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use. - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to availability of the concierge. An additional charge may be made.
