Over two floors, the vacation home offers about 140 m² in addition to three bedrooms and two bathrooms, a large, light-flooded living and dining area with an open kitchen, a terrace and a loggia on the upper floor. A parking space with an e-charging station is available right outside the building. The space light-flooded heart of the house - the living area with access to the terrace. The upper floor awaits you with two more bedrooms with double beds, as well as a luxurious bathroom with Finnish sauna and bathtub. All bedrooms have blackout options, smart TVs and, from March 2023, insect screens. Enjoy sunny summer days by the sea on the terrace or balcony, breezy autumn days in front of the fireplace or mild summer evenings on the electric grill. This house offers the perfect retreat for a North Sea vacation in any season. From March 2023, garden loungers and a parasol will also be available. In front of the house there is a free parking space at your disposal. Bicycles as well as children's and handcarts can be stored in the lockable shed. The area is currently still under construction, so construction activities at the property must be expected. The green space at the house will not be finished until March 2023. The open-plan kitchen is connected directly to the living room and is perfect for shared vacation evenings. It is equipped with an oven, microwave, induction stove, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fridge with freezer, and dishwasher. The dining area and sofa corner invite you to eat, play games, or relax. Wi-Fi, 4 TVs, and digital connections provide entertainment; a washer and dryer are available for personal use. A high chair and a baby cot are available for little guests.
