It's the perfect spot for a small group to unwind after a long day of adventures in the mountains. Central to Greenville, Hendersonville and Asheville, the location is ideal for exploring WNC. Stay and enjoy the soaring ceilings, spacious rooms, cook's kitchen, comfy king beds, and fully-fenced backyard. If you're looking for a luxurious stay in a picture-perfect small town, you've found it! The space It’s a beautiful 2 bedroom/2 bath house. Sleeps 4 comfortably but can accommodate another guest on the non-sleeper sofa or air mattress. It has an updated, sunny floor plan with lots of outdoor spaces. There are three porches/patios and a fenced in backyard for your pet. Neighbors on 3 sides but very quiet and private. Guest access Guests can access all areas besides garage. Other things to note 2 dogs “may be allowed” for an extra fee with prior host approval if they meet the requirements. Please inquire. The fireplace in the living room is decorative only, nothing may be burned in it. The backyard fire pit may be used by guests, please bring your own firewood. Guests may use the propane BBQ on the back deck, which for safety must be pulled 5 feet away from house/roof. You are more than welcome to use the (non-sleeper sofa) for the 5th guest at no extra charge. Linens provided upon request. Baby/child items available upon request at time of booking: Pack n’ Play, bouncy seat, baby swing, play mat, nursing pillow, wipes warmer, noise machine, a high chair that turns into a booster or a high chair that straps on to a chair, bath toys, humidifier, toddler dishes and silverware, bottle brush, dishwasher bottle holder.
