Rates are only accurate 9 months out, if you want to book farther out, please contact us for accurate rates. We do have an outdoor camera that monitors the parking lot and dock. No parties or large events allowed, no exceptions. We provide started quantities of paper towels, toilet paper and garbage bags. You must sign waiver to utilize the golf cart. Thank you!
