The space This spacious one bedroom suite features a separate bedroom with king bed, full bathroom, partial kitchen with mini refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. The living area has a pull out sleeper sofa, fireplace and ceiling fans. *Please note that accommodations are not equipped with air conditioning. Box fans are available upon request. Guest access Guests will have access to the resort restaurant, coffee lounge (hours available at resort), business center, BBQ grills, fitness center (age restrictions apply), games room, sauna (age restrictions apply), pool table, foosball, ping pong, Mini-Market, spa (fees apply), Indoor pool and hot tub. Other things to note Essential: Please ensure that your reservation is being booked in your name as it appears on your valid government issued ID before booking if your name is different then what is listed on Airbnb. Guests checking in must be 21+ - Much like a hotel, a valid government - issued photo ID is required along with a credit card for security deposit & resort fee - fee includes guest internet access, parking, board games & usage of resort recreation / sporting facilities. Once reservations are confirmed, you will be asked for the name and address of the main guest who will check in (the resort's front desk will ask for this information at check in but obtaining this information beforehand will expedite the check in process) along with an email address to receive a personal confirmation. Please contact the resort prior to arrival if you anticipate your arrival time would be later than midnight (resort local time). Arrivals after midnight may be subject to cancellation. Take notice of: Units are non - smoking No pets allowed Guests shall use & maintain the Resort in accordance with resort policies & rules. This is a timeshare resort but attending a presentation or taking a tour is NOT required. This fully transferable timeshare unit - so the reservation is booked under the name of the main individual checking in. Check-in is much like the experience at a hotel. All units are assigned by the resort. Unit view, floor, and location of unit on property cannot be guaranteed. Upstairs units have a private balcony and downstairs units have private patios. The Guest accepts all responsibilities for any damages to the unit or Resort property during the rental period by Guest or Guest’s visiting guests. Resort amenities subject to availability at any time without notice at the discretion of the resort. Additional nights extended onto a current reservation must be done with a two night minimum, and is subject to availability.
