This cozy apartment is located in a small house in a quiet residential neighborhood, just a pleasant 15-minute walk from Neutor, the gateway to Salzburg’s historic Old Town. The property was largely newly furnished two years ago with great attention to detail, ensuring that our guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay. Thanks to the electronic Nuki smart locks, check-in is completely seamless: you can check yourself in at any time after 3:00 PM. The space 🏠 This charming 2-room apartment is located on the 1st floor (above the ground floor) of a quiet building with a total of six apartments. 🛏️ [BEDROOM] Comfortable queen-size double bed and wardrobe. 🚪 [HALLWAY] Additional wardrobe in the hallway with a safe deposit box for your valuables (perfect for guests using the living room sofa bed). 🛋️ [LIVING ROOM] Smart TV with Netflix, Disney+, and Zattoo (over 150 live TV channels), a cozy armchair, practical side tables, carpet, a bookcase with books/games, and a sofa that converts into another comfortable queen-size double bed. 🍳 [KITCHEN] Fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, plenty of dishes, a Nespresso machine, and a classic coffee maker. 🪑 [DINING CORNER] Dining table with 4 chairs.🚿 [BATHROOM] Shower, WC, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries.✨ INCLUDED AMENITIES: Bed linen, towels, and free high-speed Wi-Fi. The last electrical safety check was conducted on September 3, 2026. 🧳 [LUGGAGE & ARRIVAL] Standard check-in is from 3:00 PM (via Nuki smart lock). If no guests are leaving on your arrival day, an earlier check-in is possible. If the apartment is still being cleaned, you can drop off your luggage from 10:30 AM and go for a walk.
