The space You will have access to the entire home minus a locked closet. There are 3 bedrooms + a bunk bunk bedrooms, each with comfortable mattresses and bedding and 3 with en suite bathrooms! House to Nissian stadium 3.1 miles House to Bridgestone arena 2.7 miles House to Haddie Bs - 1.6 miles House to Vanderbilt university 2 miles House to music row 1.8 miles House to Broadway 2.7 miles BLACK OUT shades in every bedroom! The large rooftop with ample seating provides the perfect place to BBQ (built in bar up there as well) or have a drink and relax. Guest access All of the home is accessible except locked closets which hold supplies. Other things to note Must climb stairs (3 story home + roof) There is one garage spot only. Extra cars must find parking on streets and make sure it is not a tow away street. The neighborhood is also “up and coming” again this is pretty common for most of Nashville but tons of amazing restaurants, bars etc are popping up around the area daily! Please note: no glitter or confetti is allowed in the home. It stains the floors and counters if it gets wet. Thanks!
