Ocean Breeze Cottage Steps to Beach

Less than 400 yards from Pemaquid Beach State Park! Ocean Breeze is a small (550sqft) 2 bedroom seasonal guest cottage with bathroom, kitchen & living area, smart TV, outdoor picnic table, lounge chairs & grill. The cottage is situated next to the main Laughton House. As this is an uninsulated seasonal cottage there is no central heating or air conditioning but we do provide fans for the warm weather and portable heaters & blankets for cooler weather. The space Welcome to our beachside cottage in the heart of the Pemaquid Beach community, comfortably sleeping up to 4 guests. This cottage is great for families and friends looking to enjoy some time by the sea. You'll find 2 bedrooms here, one with a queen size bed and the other with two single beds. There's a small kitchen with everything you need to whip up meals, and a small table. We've kept things straightforward and cozy to make you feel right at home. Outside, you can enjoy the lounge chairs for some sun and fresh air and make use the BBQ for a meal at the picnic table. Just a short walk from Pemaquid Beach, this place offers a simple and comfortable base for your early morning walks or evening strolls along the shore. It's all about unwinding and making memories here. Guest access The cottage can be accessed by electronic keypad (no need for keys). You will be provided a code prior to check-in. Parking is on the right side of the main driveway. There is room for two cars parked in behind the other. We’re also pleased to offer a Level 2 EV charger on the property. It’s available on a first-come, first-served basis and shared among guests at the property. A usage fee applies for short sessions (0-5 hrs) and long sessions (5+ hrs or overnight), and cars must be moved at the end of their session. Just let us know if you plan to charge during your stay and we’ll be happy to provide details.
