The home sits up on a slight knoll giving it a birds eye view of the lake below. With the private lakefront, dock, and pebble beach area, you'll be able to get in the water and not just enjoy the view of the lake from the house! The main floor living area has an open floor plan with a fully furnished Kitchen, Dining area and large Living room. The Living room has a gas burning fireplace and large windows facing toward the lake. The Dining area has large patio doors that lead out onto the spacious front porch where there is a large table for outdoor dining along with a gas grill. There is a half bath along with a laundry room just off of the living area on the main floor. The Primary suite is on the main floor with a King size bed, smart TV, and huge master bathroom. The Primary bathroom has a soaking tub, a shower, and a double sink with plenty of vanity space. The additional four bedrooms are located on the second floor with two of the bedrooms having King size beds, one bedroom with a Queen bed, and the 4th bedroom with two Twin beds. There are 2 full baths on the second floor both with tub/showers and double sinks. Happy Daze has 20' of private lakefront and beach area with a small permanent dock and a small deck with outdoor dining. The lakefront is located just across the quiet street from the home and is accessed by a flight of stairs to the deck/outdoor dining area. The pebble beach is great for wading, swimming, or kayaking. Whether you're looking for a home on Keuka Lake to spend time with family or a weekend getaway with friends, Happy Daze is a comfortable and spacious home for your next vacation in the Finger Lakes! *Air conditioning is provided with central air *A limited amount of paper towel, toilet paper, soaps, is provided for each guest. **We ask that the primary renter be 25 years of age or older. By booking you agree with this policy and comply with this request **No pets or animals allowed **No parties allowed **Smoking prohibited **Guest must comply with maximum occupancy at all times. Only 10 guests at any time **Parking for 4 vehicles only!!! NO EXCEPTIONS **Lake conditions are not guaranteed and are non refundable **Guests are asked to initial a rental waiver, sent via email, immediately after booking **DOCKS: A dock is provided, unfortunately the water depth is not deep enough to bring a boat and we request that guests do not bring motorized watercraft Guest assumes liability for use of the dock and assumes responsibility and liability for damages done to the dock during their stay, whether the damage is done by watercraft or the guest themselves. Guest access Guests will have access to the home, grounds and lakefront area. The small shed is not accessible to guests Other things to note You are welcome to the limited supply of disposable paper goods, shampoos, soaps, dishwashing detergent, etc. Once you run out, it’s up to you to replace according to the needs of your group.
