This condo is located in a prime location on the shoreline, just minutes to Flagler Avenue where you can spend several afternoons meandering the cute boutiques and local restaurants or make your way to Canal Street and enjoy the historical spots of NSB and more hometown eats for your enjoyment. The starter supplies should suffice until a trip to the store is required. We do recommend you bring shampoo/conditioner, soap, coffee, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation! There is parking in the front and an overflow parking across the street which can accommodate your trailer or boat, parking is first come first serve with appropriate parking pass. New Smyrna Beach is known for its small town character and family atmosphere. The warm climate, wide, white sand beaches, and variety of outdoor activities make this the perfect Florida beach vacation spot.
