Year-Round Fun Summer: Zip-lining, hot air balloon rides, boat rentals, beaches & golf courses galore Fall/Winter: Lake Geneva’s Ice Castles, sleigh rides, skiing, snowboarding, and cozy nights in the igloo Guest access Guests have full access to the entire home, including all 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living and dining areas, and the fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy the outdoor spaces with a patio, grill, fire pit, and seasonal igloo (available Fall–Winter). The home is yours to relax in, gather with family or friends, and create lasting memories. Other things to note Additional Information & House Rules No Pets: Absolutely no animals allowed — no exceptions (severe allergies). No Smoking Indoors or inside the Igloo: Please smoke outside & dispose of cigarette butts properly. Furniture Care: Avoid sharp objects near leather couches; watch zippers & jean buttons. Accidents Happen: Notify us immediately if something breaks so we can resolve quickly. Thermostat: Located in the living room. Keep between 68–72°F to protect the unit. Safety Equipment: First Aid Kit under the kitchen sink. Fire extinguishers: under sink & utility room wall. Trash Pickup: Thursday mornings. If staying, please place bins at the end of the driveway the night before (Wednesday night). Linens: No food/drinks on bedding or linens. Grill: Guests must provide propane and clean the grill after use. Firepit: Firewood is often available on site, but if not, bundles can be purchased nearby at the gas station. Igloo Lights (Fall–Winter only): Plug in the cord on the right side of the deck storage box. Decorations: If decorating for a celebration, only use painter’s tape (no damage to walls or furniture). Guest Capacity: The home sleeps 8 guests max overnight. A maximum of 12 people total may be on the property at one time. No parties or events.
