The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for meals at home. The king-sized bedroom suite has a plush mattress, high quality linens, and an ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combo complete with luxury toiletries and fluffy white towels. Our third-floor balcony has impressive views overlooking the Square – talk about location, location, location…oui, oui, oui! Our birds eye view allows you to soak in the sounds and sights of the Square! Our amazing location is only 1 mile to the Ole Miss campus, and close to Vaught-Hemingway Stadium, Swayze, and the Grove. Many of our guests walk, but ride share services are available and our guest book includes info on free shuttles on game days. Our condo has one garage parking space with additional space in front of the building, first come, first served. There is also a nearby City parking garage for additional cars…we only guarantee one space. All ride share services are available and there is easy shuttle service from 3 Oxford locations - you can park and shuttle to Ole Miss on game days! Many of our guests do walk to campus, but it is also an easy drive - our welcome guide will give you parking information and locations. For all other dates, we have a 60 day cancellation policy*** RULES - Minimum Age: we require a minimum of one adult over the age of 25 to stay at the property throughout the rental term. - All reservations include a mandatory rental agreement to finalize your reservation that will be sent to your email for easy electronic signature. - Every reservation includes an accidental damage waiver – should any accidental damage occur during your stay, simply notify us as soon as you can and provide a photo. We will file the damage waiver and replace/repair before the next rental guests arrive! - We offer optional travel insurance to protect your vacation investment – this will include trip cancellations and delays, medical conditions, hurricanes, and much more. - Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the arrival date. - Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM – We do not allow early arrivals as we are busy cleaning and sanitizing the property for your stay. Should we finish early, we will automatically notify you. - No smoking/vaping/drugs/firearms allowed in our home. - We do not rent to locals without prior permission *Departure instructions: We don't believe in long chore lists for our guests - you are here to relax! All we ask is that our guests remove all trash and food and start the dishwasher with any remaining dishes. This small list allows our professional housekeeping team to clean and sanitize the condo during our short rental turn in time for our next guests. We appreciate you!
