The interior spiral staircase is required to reach the basement level. Exterior stairs are required to reach the lower deck and the dock - NOTE: While the dock can be used for fishing & swimming, the boat slip is not available for guest use - NOTE: The wood-burning stove in the basement is not available for guest use - NOTE: The property includes free WiFi, but the connection is best on the main floor inside the home. The WiFi is spotty in the basement & outside - NOTE: The deck railing may not be suitable for small children. Adult supervision is required at all times - NOTE: This property is currently under renovation. Renovations will be complete by March 15. The bathrooms are being remodeled (there will no longer be a tub), and an additional bedroom will be added in the basement. Other minor improvements include new flooring in the upstairs bedrooms and basement living room, and a new laundry room with a new stackable washer and dryer. The second-floor deck will be screened in, a fire pit area will be adjacent to the deck, and the siding is being replaced. The basement will no longer have a bar area and will be repainted.
