Whether you need a little rest & relaxation, or want to have an endless amount of fun, you have found the perfect cabin. Located just 7 miles from downtown, you can get to all the hot spots and attractions in no time. Looking for waterpark action? No problem, we are located only 4 miles from one of the Wisconsin Dells waterparks! Lazy Elk Lodge offers a quiet, spacious, rustic setting. During the morning hours, enjoy a cup of coffee on the front porch. While outside, hang out on the back deck and take in the smell of food grilling on the provided charcoal grill, enjoy a game of cornhole, volleyball, or badminton, relax in a hammock, go for a walk in our woods, or sit back and enjoy an evening around the campfire-don't forget to pack s'mores & marshmallow roasting sticks! Once inside this beautiful open concept cabin, you'll find a spacious living room with a 55" smart HD TV mounted on the fireplace, a fully stocked kitchen, and a dining area with a handmade live edge table to sit around and enjoy delicious meals or takeout. Head down the hallway and you'll find a full bathroom stocked with towels and hand soap, a laundry room, and two bedrooms. The two bedrooms on the main level each have one queen size bed with pillows and bedsheets provided. After viewing the main level, head downstairs to find a second spacious living room with a 55" smart HD TV. Off the living room you will find a fun game room where you can play a game of golf pong, indoor basketball, sticky ball darts, or foosball. Head down the hallway to find the other three bedrooms, and a bathroom stocked with towels and hand soap. Two of the bedrooms on the lower level each have one queen size bed with pillows and bedsheets provided. The third bedroom on the lower level has two twin size beds and one twin bunk bed with pillows and bedsheets provided. There are two brown ottomans in the cabin that can be converted to twin size beds. Need to check your email or want to surf the internet, no problem, the cabin has WiFi. YouTube TV is provided on both 55" TVs. Don't forget to bring your logins from home, so you can watch your TV apps you subscribe to like Netflix, Disney, etc. There is one security camera on the outside of the cabin that faces the parking area. This is for security and safety of the property only. The cabin is monitored using NoiseAware noise sensors for noise levels inside and outside. These sensors do not record conversation. The cabin sits nestled in 5 acres. You are welcome to go for a walk in the woods, just keep an eye out for the orange property markers to make sure you stay on Lazy Elk Acreage and don’t trespass onto neighboring land. Deer hunting is during the month of November, we advise not going in the woods during this time to ensure you don't accidentally walk onto the land of someone deer hunting. Traveling with a baby and need baby gear at the Lazy Elk Lodge? No problem, contact us for information on renting a crib, highchair, or pack'n'play during your stay. Coming to town for a ball game or tournament weekend at Just A Game Fieldhouse or Woodside Dells Sports Complex? Lazy Elk Lodge is conveniently located 6 miles from both sports facilities! At this Northwoods cabin, you will have the peace and quiet of the country and you are just a stone's throw away from all of the attractions, waterparks, and restaurants that Wisconsin Dells has to offer! We are also a few short miles from Wisconsin River access and Fawn Lake access. Other great Lake options for fishing and boating within close proximity are Lake Delton, Mirror Lake, Devils Lake, Jordan Lake, Castle Rock Lake, Petenwell Lake, and Parker Lake. Whether you enjoy hiking, golfing, roller coasters, swimming, boating, spas, shopping, food, or wineries, the Lazy Elk Lodge is conveniently located within minutes of all the fun in Wisconsin Dells. THINGS TO BRING: Extra toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. We will supply enough to start your vacation, but we recommend purchasing extra. You are responsible for providing your own shampoo, body wash, conditioner, lotion, etc. If planning to grill out, you are responsible for providing charcoal, a lighter, and lighter fluid. If planning to have a campfire, you are responsible for bringing firewood. Many gas stations in town sell firewood. Don't forget to pack s'mores and marshmallow roasting sticks. You will have the cabin to yourself during your stay. The utility room and two storage closets in the cabin will remain locked, these are for cleaning crew and homeowner access only. Not far from the cabin, you can find a winery with live music, a country bar, public access to a river and lake, a waterpark, and a pet retreat for your pets to vacation at. This is NOT a party/event house. There is a county noise ordinance listed in the cabin rules that needs to be followed at all times out of respect for our neighbors. Outdoor quiet hours are 10pm-7am.
