It is within walking distance to many restaurants and shake shops and the Garden City beach is a short 10 minute walk away. There are three bedrooms on the second floor with full en suite bathroom. Master Bedroom: Second Floor - King Bed, ensuite bath - Sleeps 2 Second Bedroom: Second Floor - 2 Queen Beds, ensuite bath - Sleeps 4 Third Bedroom: Second Floor - 2 Queen Beds, ensuite bath - Sleeps 4 Common Area Living Room: Main Floor - Queen Sofa Sleeper - Sleeps 2 Can be connected to Townhome 30 to double the space. All rentals have access to our heated outdoor pool(open May-September) and year-round indoor recreation center with indoor pool, conference room, playground, pickleball, ping pong, and more. Each condo has a fully stocked kitchen as well as some consumables stocked(soap, shampoo, dish soap, etc.) Each condo has a BBQ grill on the patio for your use as well. Most cookware that you will need is stocked in the condo such as blender, toaster, griddle, dishware, and pots and pans. We provide satellite TV to all homes as well as high speed wifi. Please understand that Garden City is a rural community and these things can come and go depending on weather and many other factors. A lot of the time we don't have control over outages and usually it is back up within a few hours but sometimes in can be longer. Most of the TVs in the home are smart TVs that are capable of streaming. We only provide live satellite TV to all of them. We do not allow pets in this home.
