Gorgeous newly furnished and remodeled home located less than 3 mins from the i5 Freeway and Keizer Station makes this home an ideal spot for your next stay. The space Each room has a TV and a queen bed. Garage is currently off limits for parking etc. ( Movie room Coming) Guest access We are pleased to offer a newly added private movie room located in the garage, featuring immersive surround sound, a large projection screen, and two arcade-style gaming machines with access to over 5,000 games. The space is designed to deliver a true theater-style experience and includes blankets for each seat for added comfort. Movie Room Rules- Access to the movie room is secured, and the entry code will be provided prior to your stay. The projector, screen, and audio system are professionally installed and calibrated for guest use and must not be adjusted, moved, or altered. Guests are responsible for any damage, missing items, or changes resulting from misuse of the movie room, including equipment, furnishings, or components. Any costs required to repair, replace, or restore equipment or settings due to guest actions may be charged to the guest in accordance with Airbnb policies. Moving the projector or screen will result in a $500 charge due to required professional recalibration. The movie room is documented and inspected before each stay to ensure condition and functionality. Other things to note Additionally, it's important to be aware that Oregon experiences ant/bug issues during the spring and summer months. While we regularly exterminate the home, occasional sightings may still occur. Please understand that we do not offer refunds for this reason.
