Gorgeous newly furnished and remodeled home located less than 3 mins from the i5 Freeway and Keizer Station makes this home an ideal spot for your next stay. The stay includes 4 bedrooms, 4 beds, 1.5 half baths, with tv and wifi. Guest get full access to the decent-sized backyard. IN N OUT 🍔 is very close! When you're not enjoying the local dining areas, make the short trip to town for Noble Wave-Southern Food Dining downtown, centrally located with craft brews -Just under an hour from Portland! The space Each room has a TV and a queen bed. Garage is currently off limits for parking etc. ( Movie room is located inside garage) Travel Insurance Recommendation: We know that life can be unpredictable, and unforeseen situations sometimes arise before a vacation. Guest access We are pleased to offer a newly added private movie room located in the garage, featuring immersive surround sound, a large projection screen, and two arcade-style gaming machines with access to over 5,000 games. The space is designed to deliver a true theater-style experience and includes blankets for each seat for added comfort. As the garage can be cooler, an oil-filled heater is provided and efficiently warms the room for an enjoyable experience. NOW ENJOY AND HAVE FUN AND PLEASE REACH OUT IF YOU NEED HELP! Movie Room Rules- Access to the movie room is secured, and the entry code will be provided prior to your stay. The projector, screen, and audio system are professionally installed and calibrated for guest use and must not be adjusted, moved, or altered. Guests are responsible for any damage, missing items, or changes resulting from misuse of the movie room, including equipment, furnishings, or components. Any costs required to repair, replace, or restore equipment or settings due to guest actions may be charged to the guest in accordance with Airbnb policies. Moving the projector or screen will result in a $500 charge due to required professional recalibration. The movie room is documented and inspected before each stay to ensure condition and functionality. Other things to note Additionally, it's important to be aware that Oregon experiences ant/bug issues during the spring and summer months. While we regularly exterminate the home, occasional sightings may still occur. Please understand that we do not offer refunds for this reason. If you have any inquiries or require further clarification, don't hesitate to message us. Your comfort and satisfaction are our utmost priority. We central Ac, however upstairs can tend to be on the warmer side. We do provide a window Ac upstairs for those reasons. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have concerns. Parties are strictly prohibited at our properties, and violation will result in immediate eviction and a $500 fine. The current guest is liable for any expenses incurred due to clogged toilets during their stay. We do not have a working ice maker, so please bring your own bagged ice or ask ahead of time for ice. Currently our washer and dryer are out of order and having issues. They tend to work from time to time, but we will be replacing promptly. Feel free to try and use them in very small quantities if you please, but we will not be responsible if anything happens to your clothes in the mean time.
