Two-cottage property. 3-Bed Main House, 2-bed Guest Cottage, shared pool on a quiet, non thru-way lane. Perfect child friendly property for groups that like being together but w/ your own space! Each cottage has landscaped lawn, outdoor sitting area, fire pit, bbq area. Cottages are screened by mature landscaping and connected to each other via gates to a generous lawn/pool area. Cottage A: 3 bed, 3 full baths (2 en-suite) & outdoor shower. Cottage B: 2 bed & 1 full bath & outdoor shower The space We are a family friendly, yet stylish retreat. We purchased during Covid with a nearly newborn and renovated shortly after. Each year since then, we continue to add another amenity, more details, more opportunities to maximize relaxation and soak in the magic of being in the Hamptons. It is child friendly while also nourishing for adults. It is perfect for multi generation relaxing escapes or a time spent with friends surrounded by peace. We enjoy working to create a space that connects people for a memorable visit and are excited to have you. Guest access The guest cottage is rentable on it's own in the off season Sept-May. . The main house is only available with the guest cottage during June/July/August.
