Before we talk about the home, let’ s talk about the incredible location. We are just minutes away from all the major highways with easy access to anywhere you want to be. Features vaulted ceiling, two fireplaces, large master with en suite master bathroom, hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, media room, wet bar, workout room, outdoor fire pit and amazing outdoor kitchen. Colorado is an outdoor lover’s paradise with miles of bike/walking trails with easy access from the home. If you prefer to explore the Rocky Mountains and foothills, you’ll find hiking trails, and Red Rocks Amphitheater. There is an additional charge for each guest over 6. For infants and toddlers, there is a pack and play stored in the closet, and a crib located in the guest bedroom with the two twin beds. This bedroom is located on the main floor directly across from the master bedroom. There is also a small selection of children's toys and books. There is also a high chair located in the entry way closet and a baby gate that can be used for the stairs. Please note that there are security cameras on the outside of the home. They are there for the protection of both guests and the home itself. No pot, or drugs of any kind. No smoking inside or out. No pets (service animals excepted). Any violation of my house rules will result in a $500 charge. No cable TV is available, however all TVs are smart TVs or are connected to Roku and have Pluto TV and all the other apps where you can use your current subscriptions.
