The backyard is fenced around the back and sides for privacy, but there is no fence or gate from the sides to the house, and guests are welcome to use the gas grill on the patio. We also provide a washer and dryer in the laundry room and the garage for guests to use. Please note that the closet in the primary bedroom is utilized as a maid's closet and is not accessible to guests. Other things to note This is a non-smoking property. We do not allow pets on the property, even if they are small or well-behaved. Check-in time is 4:00 pm or later, and check-out time is 11:00 am or earlier. Please let us know if you require an early check-in or late check-out, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. We provide a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, and other basic supplies, but guests are responsible for replenishing these items if they run out. Please be respectful of our neighbors by keeping noise levels down after 11:00 pm. We take the cleaning and sanitation of our property seriously and follow CDC guidelines for disinfecting between guests. We ask that guests leave the property reasonably tidy and remove all trash before departure.
