FISHING for the perfect Spot for Summer Vacay? This cute and cozy beach house has TONS of parking for CARS & BOATS AND a well stocked kitchen. The style is reminiscent of an old island home. None of the typical condo style beach decor in this charmer! The 3rd bedroom/bath has a separate entrance. Screened porch is a favored spot for relaxing and listening to the waves. There are 2 private beach accesses for our guests within 1/2 mi (10-15 min walk). The space The thing we enjoy the most at our cottage is the natural environment. The house sits among live oaks with lots of natural dune vegetation surrounding it. Bird watchers delight! The large screened porch is a wonderful place to read, play games, or even work (if you must). The cottage is very comfortable and cozy. There is a large yard with plenty of parking for cars and boats. Guest access Whole house is available for guests use. The 3rd bedroom & bath have a separate entrance on the ground level with a small refrigerator and microwave. Other things to note We offer guests a starter pack of paper towels, soap, shampoo, dishwasher detergent, toilet paper and laundry detergent for your convenience. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans and plenty of spices for those who love to cook.
