The space This lovely property is spread out across four beautifully designed floors. Lower ground floor - You can enter and exit from the front terrace into the fully stocked kitchen with dining table sufficient to seat all your guests. From the kitchen, head into the lower lounge which leads to the private rear patio, perfect for outdoor entertaining and accessing the shared garden space. Ground floor - You come through the main door and into the main living room which takes you away to a bohemian oasis. Sit back and relax and enjoy your favourite shows or family movie nights on the projector screen. The main living room connects to another living space with plenty of natural light coming in through the gallery windows. First floor - You have the two queen bed rooms with one single room and another office room that can turn into another single bed. There is one bathroom with a shower and bath combination. Second floor - You have the spacious Master bedroom with grand ceiling fan and this connects to the en-suite bathroom with your separate shower and bath. This floor also includes a large walk-in wardrobe just outside the master bedroom. Guest access Guest has full access to the entire property and to the shared garden space Other things to note Please note that we provide small bottles of shampoo, shower gel, soap, moisturiser and loo roll for the beginning of all our guest stays and once the products are finished, we kindly ask our guests to provide their own thereafter. Please note the property will be prepared by our professional cleaners, using hotel-quality linen and towels. If the booking is 14 days or more, we require a mid-stay clean at an additional cost (the price is dependent on property size). Payment will be taken at the time of the booking and the mid-stay clean includes both a clean and linen change. We can also arrange any additional cleans regardless of the length of the booking upon request. Please note that check-in is between 3pm and 8pm.  Early and late check-ins as well as late check-outs are available on request for an additional fee. Where a check in is on a UK bank holiday, there may be an additional surcharge on the cleaning fee as well as an additional cost for a personal check-in.  Please enquire for additional information on this when booking. The lead guest booking the property must be 25+ years old.
