Building with with pool, hot tubs, and sauna. Directly across street from Stratton Village shops & restaurants, an easy walk to gondola & lifts. Gym nearby (extra cost). Secure indoor parking. A half hour drive to the restaurants and shops of historic Manchester, VT. The space Morning sun from large, 6 ft high windows with southeastern exposure. Comfortable studio with open, airy feeling thanks to 10 ft ceilings and open kitchen. Extra large bathroom can double as a private changing room. Take advantage of the fully-equipped, easy-to-access, open kitchen and dining area to come back for lunch, and then head back to the slopes again with near ski-in/out convenience. Kitchen is fully equipped with china, glassware, cookware, utensils, toaster, coffee-maker, and more. Vizio 50" 4K smart TV enables access to your Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, HBOMax account(s), & has traditional TV service. TV supports Apple AirPlay and ChromeCast. 400+ Mbps WiFi. Dining table can serve as a great workspace! Queen-sized murphy bed has a comfortable 10" mattress. The sofa can open to a bed and has a new mattress, if you have a child. Comfortable for 2 adults, or 2 adults and a child, or one adult and 2 younger children. Owner managed unit so the photos represent where you will stay. Guest access The entire condominium unit. Very convenient access to the building's heated pool, multiple hot tubs, sauna, common room, and shared laundry rooms. Park-like grounds. Shared underground, heated, secure parking garage. Other things to note Building does not allow guests to have pets, so that is not in our control. Ice skating pond is behind the building and has skate rentals (winter). Fireplace is gas--no wood required!
