Long Trail House is directly across street from Stratton Village shops & restaurants, and an easy walk to gondola & mountain bike trails, and a 4-minute drive to tennis, gym, or golf. Secure indoor parking enables a half hour drive to the restaurants and shops of historic Manchester, VT. Full morning sun from large, 6 ft high windows with southeastern exposure. Comfortable studio with open, airy feeling thanks to 9-1/2 ft ceilings, 6 ft high windows, and open kitchen. Large bathroom can also double as a changing room. Take advantage of the fully-equipped, easy-to-access, open kitchen and dining area to come back for lunch, and then head to the slopes again in the afternoon. Kitchen is fully equipped with china, glassware, cookware, utensils, toaster, and coffee-maker. Vizio 50" 4K smart TV enables access to your Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, HBOMax account(s), has Comcast Xfinity X1 TV service, & supports Apple AirPlay and ChromeCast. 200 Mbps Wifi included. Dining table can serve as a great workspace! Queen-sized murphy bed has a comfortable 10" mattress. The sofa can open to a bed and has a new mattress, if you have a child. Comfortable for 2 adults, or 2 adults and a child, or one adult and 2 younger children. The entire condominium unit. Very convenient access to the building's heated pool, multiple hot tubs, sauna, common room, and shared laundry rooms. Park-like grounds. Shared underground, heated, secure parking garage. Bike racks are outside and covered (not in Winter). Available via Airbnb app, text, phone, or email as required. Long Trail House is a very comfortable condominium conveniently located at the base of Stratton Mountain. Skiing is a short walk outside your door. The shops and restaurants of Stratton Village are directly across the street. Ski slopes, ski lifts, gondola, and ski school are across the street. There is a skating pond behind Long Trail House, as well as pleasant walking paths in the park-like grounds that surround Long Trail House. The building has a pool with adjoining hot tubs and sauna that are very convenient to our unit. There is also a separate, larger hot tub. The pool area also offers a shared grill that is very convenient to our unit (no grill in Winter). Nearby lakes offer other swimming options in Spring, Summer, and Fall! Golf, tennis, and a gym are a 2-minute drive (each at extra cost). Walk everywhere--No bus required! You'll have access to Long Trail House's private, enclosed, underground parking. The lifts, gondola, rentals, lessons, and Stratton Village shops are an easy walk across the street. You probably won't need your car during your stay, unless you choose to drive down the mountain or to tour Manchester and the area. Building does not allow guests to have pets, so that is not in our control. There is an ice skating pond on the grounds with rentals available (winter). Fireplace is gas--no wood required!
