VACATION AWAITS! We welcome you to this private secluded escape.... It's time to kick back & RELAX at The Rail Trail Retreat. 10 Minutes from Mount Monadnock! Retreating back to this spacious lodge after an adventurous day with friends and family is idealistic! 2 Living rooms, 3 comfortable bedrooms rooms, and a large fully stocked kitchen ready to chef it up. Whether you plan on having a movie night, cards on the deck, or in the area for an event, there is a little bit here for everyone. The space • 1st Bedroom (1st FL off hallway) 1 Queen Bed, open concept closet with hangers, ensuite full bathroom with glass walk in shower. • 2nd Bedroom (2nd FL on main living level) 1 King Bed, nightstand with lamp, 50” Smart Tv, open concept closet with hangers, dresser and desk with chair. • 3rd Bedroom (3rd FL, up the spiral stairs in the Loft) 1 Queen Bed, ensuite full bathroom with walk in shower, 50” Smart TV, open concept closet with hangers, full length mirror, bean bag lounger, desk with chair. Additional Sleeping - 1 Queen air mattress provided w/ linens available (In wooden hutch in garage room) All 3 bedrooms come with clean linens and pillows. Each bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash, with clean towels. • Chic Stainless-Steel appliances, include a full-size French door style Refrigerator, propane gas stovetop range with electric oven and stainless steel dishwasher. Complimentary Coffee & Tea Bar with essentials provided for your arrival. Seating for 3 in the kitchen counter with additional dining room table that can seat up to 6 comfortably. • Sunlight fills this open concept Livingroom-Dining Room combo with handcrafted 20ft vaulted ceilings. Free use of mini splits (AC & Heat), 65” Tv with high-speed streaming ability (No cable but a strong Wi-Fi signal!), a comfortable sectional couch that seats 6 with leather chair and ottoman. • Easy access off the dining room to the front deck which includes Weber Grill and all-season wicker furniture (Two large crates on the side of the deck for cushion storage). Front deck overlooks the large yard and private pond (NO Swimming!), which was previously stocked with Trout, Bass and Sunfish for catch and release. Large backyard deck with picnic table. Come when its warm and hit the trails at Mount Monadnock (10-minute drive to the base) or go for a swim at Lake Contoocook Public Beach (4-minute drive). Golf courses near by and a pond on site for fishing. When the mountains turn white, travel just miles from our home and carve the slopes at Crotched Mountain (25 trails & 3 different Terrain Parks ~ 32 minutes), Mount Sunapee Resort (67 trails ~ 65-minute drive) or Mount Wachusett (27 trails ~ 38-minute drive). Guest access Guests gave access entire house including all 3 floors and 2,400 square feet of comfortable living space, a large semi wrap-around outdoor deck, back yard deck with passage, private pond and 8 acres to explore. Barn, two smaller sheds and The Tiny House are off limits to guests. We have 1 ‘owner closet’ inside the 2nd FL bedroom that is off limits to guests. The LOCKED door off of 1st FL bedroom is off limits (It's just the furnace). Other things to note • We have a Property Manager managing this rental unit. • The yard is treated several times throughout the Spring, Summer & Fall, for Tick and Mosquito control- however nothing is guarantee so please check yourselves each time when walking through the woods/tall grass areas. • Professional Snow Removal in the winter for driveway plowing and walkway clearing only. Decks will not be cleared of snow during the winter. Shovels and walkway salt is provided during your stay. Please ONLY use plastic shovels on front deck as it was just recently painted. • For the safety of all of our guests, we have active cameras on the outside of the House and Barn only. • Dumpster near shed located on property- Dumpster trash pick up is Monday morning.
