THE BEDROOMS 🛏️ • Bedroom 1 | First Floor: Queen bed, open closet with hangers, and private ensuite bathroom with glass walk-in shower. • Bedroom 2 | Main Living Level: King bed, 50” Smart TV, dresser, open closet with hangers, nightstand, and dedicated desk with chair. • Bedroom 3 | Loft: Head up the spiral staircase to a private queen bedroom with ensuite bathroom and walk-in shower, 50” Smart TV, open closet, full-length mirror, bean bag lounger, and dedicated desk with chair. • Additional Sleeping: one Queen air mattress with linens is available and stored in the wooden hutch in the garage room. Bring your own pillows. All bedrooms are prepared with fresh linens and pillows. Bathrooms are stocked with clean towels plus shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. THE KITCHEN ☕ The kitchen is fully equipped for everything from quick breakfasts to family dinners, with stainless-steel appliances, a full-size French-door refrigerator, propane gas stovetop, electric oven, and dishwasher. Start your mornings at the complimentary coffee & tea bar, stocked with essentials for your arrival. The kitchen counter seats 3, with additional dining table seating for up to 6. LIVING & GATHERING SPACE 🏡 Natural light fills the open-concept living and dining area, highlighted by 20-foot handcrafted vaulted ceilings. Settle into the large sectional with seating for 6, plus a leather chair and ottoman. Enjoy the 65” Smart TV with high-speed streaming, reliable Wi-Fi, and mini-splits for heating and A/C. There is no traditional cable service, so we hope you remember your favorite streaming login passwords :) OUTDOOR SPACE 🌲 Step directly from the dining room onto the front deck overlooking the expansive yard and private pond. Fire up the Weber grill or settle into the all-season wicker furniture with a drink and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The private pond has previously been stocked with trout, bass, and sunfish for catch-and-release fishing. For guest safety, swimming in the pond and walking or venturing onto the ice during winter are strictly prohibited. A second spacious backyard deck includes a picnic table for even more room to enjoy the outdoors. WORK FROM THE WOODS 💻 Need to stay connected while you're away? With three dedicated desks and reliable Wi-Fi, the home works beautifully for remote workers, business travelers, or families who need multiple workspaces. Hike iconic Mount Monadnock, just 10 minutes from the home, cool off at Lake Contoocook Public Beach just 4 minutes away, hit a nearby golf course, or spend a quiet afternoon fishing right from the property. When winter arrives, make this your home base for ski days at Crotched Mountain (32 min), Wachusett Mountain (38 min), or Mount Sunapee (65 min). Unwind by night. 🌲 Guest access Guests gave access entire house including all 3 floors and 2,400 square feet of comfortable living space, a large semi wrap-around outdoor deck, back yard deck with passage, private pond and 8 acres to explore. Barn, two smaller sheds and The Tiny House are off limits to guests. We have 1 ‘owner closet’ inside the 2nd FL bedroom that is off limits to guests. The LOCKED door off of 1st FL bedroom is off limits (It's just the furnace). Other things to note • Co-Hosted & Professionally Managed by Lindsay at The Collective Stays. • Professional Snow Removal in the winter for driveway plowing and walkway clearing only. Decks will not be cleared of snow during the winter. Shovels and walkway salt is provided during your stay. Please ONLY use plastic shovels on front deck. • For the safety of all of our guests, we have active cameras on the outside of the House and Barn only. • Dumpster near shed located on property- Dumpster trash pick up is Monday morning.
