Please remember that you're staying in a private residence in a respected residential neighborhood with families and kids, not a hotel. Please treat my home with the same respect you would your own. If any problems arise, I will do my best to take action ASAP. 3. The entire city of Alexandria is a pet-friendly community, and you may run into other neighbors' pets during your stay while strolling about the neighborhood. 4. This is a 2-level home, so one must climb stairs to reach the upper bedroom areas. 5. Absolutely no parties or events. This property is equipped with a noise sensor on the main level. Please see house rules. 6. All guests staying 3 1/2 weeks or longer must agree to a mid-stay clean every 2 weeks. 7. Health and safety are my top priority! I conduct a professional, thorough cleaning and sanitizing process between guests. Everything from the refrigerator to the remote controls and light switches is cleaned and sanitized. Due to this lengthy cleaning process, accommodating late check-outs or early check-ins is extremely difficult. 8. You can expect some street noise due to our proximity to vibrant Old Town streets.
