The space This 3-bedroom and 2-bath beautifully decorated condo on the 4th floor is in the gated community of Olde Towne Yacht Club and Marina and is on Radio Island. Within a few minutes' drive to Beaufort Waterfront, Morehead City Waterfront, and Atlantic Beach. -Master Bedroom has a King bed, a smart TV w/Spectrum cable box, a private full bath, and direct access to the large balcony. -The 2nd Bedroom has a Queen bed, a smart Roku TV w/Spectrum app, and direct access to the shared bath. -The 3rd Bedroom has 2 Twin Bunk beds, a smart Roku TV w/Spectrum app, an Arcade game, and hallway access to the shared bath. The condo features water views from the master bedroom, living room, and dining areas, with a large balcony the width of the condo. The community features a full-service marina, outdoor pool with jacuzzi, workout room, multiple gas grills, outdoor dining areas, docks for great fishing, community room, and private gate access to Radio Island Beach. In our kitchen, we are well-stocked for cooking or baking. We have a wine refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster oven, and much more. We also provide basic coffee with cream and sugar, as well as, hand soap, dish soap, trash bags, pods for dishwasher, and paper towels. In our Bedrooms, we provide all bed linens, pillows, and extra blankets. Each bedroom has a smart TV where you can access Spectrum for basic cable or log in to your own streaming apps. In our bathrooms, we provide towels, beach/pool towels, complimentary travel-size toiletries, hand soap, a hair dryer, and paper products. We have a washer-dryer combination; we provide washer pods and dryer sheets. Beaufort hosts wonderful locally-owned restaurants and unique shops, along with many historic sites. You can visit the Maritime Museum or take a ferry boat for charter boat trip to Rachel Carson Reserve, Shackleford Banks, and Cape Lookout Lighthouse. Morehead City is just over the bridge with many dining and shopping options for everyone's taste. If fishing is on your agenda, there are many charters to choose from. Atlantic Beach, Fort Macon, and Pine Knoll Shores for the North Carolina Aquarium are just a short drive over the bridge. Boat slips are available to rent separately from our on-site Marina office and Dock Master. We are the closest point to the Beaufort Inlet for all water activities. Beaufort was voted by Travel and Leisure Magazine as 2014 America's Favorite Beach Town, 2015 was voted America's Favorite Small Town, and 2016 was voted America's Most Romantic Town. Beaufort is the definition of historic Southern Charm and Hospitality. There is a Security Camera on the balcony facing the docks to monitor the weather. They are turned off and taped over during guest stays. Additional Security Cameras outside and inside common areas of the entire property. Other things to note About Host: Growing up in North Carolina, we always enjoyed spending time on the Crystal Coast, as it is so beautiful, clean, and has true Southern charm. We have been boating in the area for many, many years and love all the one-of-a-kind places you can go pleasure boating or fishing. I fell in love with the Beaufort and Morehead City area and found Olde Towne Yacht Club several years ago. I am so blessed to have a beautiful home that I can share with others to experience everything the area has to offer. Location and Community: The view is spectacular any time of the day, any time of year, and the wildlife is forever changing. The view is the best anywhere in the area. The first time we walked in the door, I knew I had found my place! Stepping out onto the balcony and seeing the water with dolphins swimming in the waterway sold me. The location is centrally located between Beaufort and Morehead City waterfronts, so you are close to everything you want to do, shopping, dining, and boating. The seven-story building on the tip of Beaufort Inlet on Radio Island is a private gated community and marina. Sunrise and Sunsets are visible from the front and back balconies and walkways. We have access to a private gate to Radio Island's public beach. A beautiful pool and jacuzzi overlook the marina and Beaufort Inlet. Our fitness center, clubhouse, outdoor grilling areas, docks, waterways, and much more make Olde Towne Yacht Club the perfect getaway!
