The space Welcome to your private 1,300 sq ft 3-bedroom, 2-bath triplex unit on a quiet corner lot! You’ll have your own private driveway, separate coded entry, and a pool all to yourself. The new smart AC is set between 70–74°F during the summer to keep it running smoothly and avoid any issues. Each bedroom and the living room have their own smart TV — while we don’t have cable, free Wi-Fi lets you log into your own Netflix, Amazon Prime, or favorite streaming apps to relax and enjoy your shows. Our neighborhood is peaceful and respectful, so we ask that no parties, events, or unregistered guests over the max occupancy of 6 join the fun. Guest access You’ll have full, private access to your entire side of the triplex, which is located on a quiet corner lot with no shared access from the other units—offering you plenty of privacy and space to relax. Other things to note Pool: Like most Florida pools, ours is not heated, so it can feel a bit chilly during fall and winter months. We also have a sweet family of ducks that occasionally visit from the nearby lake and sometimes land on the pool enclosure — we can’t prevent it, so hopefully you love ducks as much as we do! Florida Wildlife: If you’re new to Florida, you might notice some of our local critters like lizards, fire ants, roaches, spiders, and mosquitoes. We have monthly pest control treatments around the exterior, but during the rainy summer months especially, a few may try to sneak inside — it’s just part of Florida life. Also, keep in mind that Florida weather can be unpredictable, with sudden thunderstorms and the occasional hurricane. Thermostat: A quick note about the AC 😊 — during summer, please don’t set the thermostat below 70°F. Setting it too low can cause the unit to freeze up and stop working.
