The space A two bed room, one restroom beach house perfect for a family get away or fisherman's base camp. Located on the canal. Amenities include: ROKU Smart TV (living room), complimentary high-speed WiFi, washer/dryer, queen mattress (in master bedroom), 2 twin bunk-beds, boat slip use (additional fee), deck ladder for swimming in the canal, 2 fishing kayaks, youth kayak, stand-up paddle board, life vests (various sizes), neighborhood pool (additional fee paid to City of Jamaica Beach) 2 beach chairs, boogie-boards, deck umbrella, fish cleaning station with water, charcoal grill, coffee station, all linens, towels, blankets, dishes, pots, and pans. About a 15 minute walk to the beach. We Do Not provide beach towels. Guest access Must climb stairs to enter residence. Other things to note IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES! We want you to have a great stay but the following rules must be followed. Please review BEFORE reserving the home... - This is not a party house. Prom groups and parties are not allowed at any time. - Reservations require a Rental Agreement and the agreement holder must be at least 25 years of age to reserve the home and provide a photo ID. Adult guests may not rent the home on behalf of underage guests. -Check-in time is 4 PM and check-out time is at 10 AM. -Property is non-smoking, additional cleaning fee will apply for removal of 'smoke odors' - No underage drinking -No Pets of any kind - No loud music or other disturbances to the neighboring residents - No trespassing on neighboring properties -Please place all beach toys, water toys, and furniture back to its original location Notes: This vacation home should accommodate up to 4 vehicles to be parked at the property. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns or yards. Jamaica Beach is a residential neighborhood, and quiet hours are enforced between 10 pm and 7 am. Jamaica Beach also has it's own community pool and private marina and boat ramp, Regatta Basin, a community pavilion and playground. The City of Jamaica Beach pool is typically open 6 days a week from Memorial Day to Labor Day, and charges $5/person for a day pass. Boat launch has a fee of $10 for each day the ramp is used - please let us know as early as possible if you will be purchasing a permit as it takes 3-4 days to process via the city. The boat slip is available for guest use ($20.00 a stay). Property has one Ring Camera located at front residence. This is for security purposes only. Do not unplug.
