Come enjoy the holidays at this incredibly festive and modern 2 br/2 bth garden unit steps from the beach! Large kitchen, perfect for entertaining. Bth 1 has body sprays & rain head shower and Bth 2 has a jetted bath. Walking distance to local bars, restaurants, Loyola & the Red line train stop. Garage parking is avail for $25 per night. You must reserve at the time of booking by sending a request as spaces are limited. Large vehicles may not fit-please send host vehicle’s model name/size The space -Large kitchen with 4 bar stools. -Bath 1 has a jetted bathtub and double bowl sinks. -Bath 2 has an amazing walk in shower with body sprays and rain head and a double bowl sink. -shared outdoor patio with fire pit and lake views in the front of the building. -On-site garage parking spot steps from the unit’s rear entry door. The garage will only fit small to medium sized vehicles. If you are reserving parking, please send the vehicles make and model to the host to confirm your car will fit in the garage space. Also, please make sure to reserve at the time of booking. The garage spot is $25 per night and will need to be added to your reservation so the spot is reserved. Reservations are non-refundable once reserved, even if you do not use the space. We have limited spaces and often give up our own garage space for our guests, so please make sure to check the size of your vehicle prior to booking. Rentable paddle boards / kayaks available (May-Oct only). -The unit is a garden unit with approx. 6 steps down from the rear entrance and approx. 13 steps down from the front entrance. -The unit has 2 smart TVs-one in the living room and 1 in the main bedroom. The second bedroom does not have a TV. -Property has security cameras on the exterior of the building only. -forced heating/ac unit. -laundry is in the unit. We also supply laundry detergent. -We supply towels, linens, plates, utensils and several other kitchen supplies. -We also supply coffee, salt, pepper and cooking oil. -Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap are also included. -Lake views from front shared patio. If traveling in Nov/Dec, the building’s front exterior will likely be decorated with holiday decorations. Guest access Upon your check in date, you will be supplied with your electronic entry code. The building, unit and the garage all have keyless entry; therefore, we send check-in instructions the morning of your reservation, as codes change often. Other things to note Garage parking is avail for-$25 per night. The garage only accommodates small to medium sized vehicles, so please make sure to send your car’s type and size at the time of your booking. Also, you must reserve parking at the time of booking to guarantee a spot. Once you reserve your dates, send a message to me to request a space. Spaces will only be held once payment is made. Also, Chicago garages are narrow and will not fit large vehicles. You must reserve at booking so the host can confirm if your vehicle will fit. Given size limitations for the garage space, when possible, the host prefers to meet with incoming guests upon arrival to ensure guest's vehicles fit in the space. Please be courtesy and send your eta to us so we can plan for your arrival. Check in is from 3pm-10pm. If you need to check in outside of these hours, please contact the host at 312/296-3189 for approval. -3 Paddle-boards and 2 kayaks are available for rental May 1-Oct 15th - based on availability). The hourly cost is $35 each. Please mention at booking and we will add to your reservation. Unauthorized / Additional Guests Not Included In Your Reservation: This is a 2br unit with a couch and an air mattress is available if needed. We allow up to 5 guests; however, the nightly rate increases by $50 per night if your reservation exceeds 4 guests. Please make sure to identify the correct # of guests upon booking your reservation. Any unauthorized / additional guests are not allowed without the host’s permission prior to the reservation. If you need to increase the # of guests to 5 guests, you can modify your reservation; however, the nightly base rate will increase approx. $50 per night. Addl. airbnb fees may also apply.
