We have an extremely strict stance around any sort of parties. No more than 12 people on property at any time and NO POOL PARTIES. We have AI enabled cameras to safeguard our property from the threat of Airbnb parties. Please excuse us for being harsh on the "no pool parties/12 guests max/we have a detection system" disclaimer. We aren't wealthy and have so much invested, we need to protect our property from the fraction of a percent that want to misuse it. You will have total privacy during your stay.
