Recently renovated and finely furnished apartment, a few steps away from the amazing Baroque-style cathedral of San Nicolò, in the heart of Noto. The space The apartment is on the mezzanine floor of a Baroque-style building and has been renovated in a modern style, while maintaining finishing touches at the time, such as floor with the typical “cementine” tiles and decorated vaulted ceilings. Climbing a few steps, there is the terrace with a small table and some chairs, and from here you will access the kitchen furnished with a dining table and fitted with all amenities including an oven and an espresso coffee machine. The living room comes with design furnishing such as a sofa and an armchair in vintage style, as well as a double sofa bed and a TV. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom equipped with a queen-size bed and a Tv. A bathroom with a shower completes the layout. Free wifi, washing machine, heating with a heat pump and air conditioning in the living room and the bedroom will be at guests’ disposal. Guest access Our guests will have access to all the amenities of the accommodation.
