It offers a warm, well-maintained base for families, couples, walkers, outdoor enthusiasts and dog owners. Kitchen & dining The kitchen–dining area features oak flooring, solid oak worktops and a dining table seating six. The kitchen is well equipped for self-catering, with a hob, oven, fridge with ice box, separate freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, washing machine, tumble dryer, and all cookware, crockery, utensils, knives and chopping boards needed for home-cooked meals. A 22” TV is located in the dining area, with high-speed Wi-Fi (approx. 70 Mbps) and Netflix. Living spaces The original fireplace has been retained as a decorative feature, adding character to the cottage. The property is comfortable year-round thanks to gas central heating with radiators in every room. The converted loft provides a calm chill-out living room, ideal for relaxing, reading, working or watching a film. It features a 45” TV with Netflix, and views of the mountain tops through the Velux window as you sit on the sofa. Please note: the original cottage stairs are narrow, and there is a low beam at the entrance to the loft. This space may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility. Bedrooms All three bedrooms are located on the middle floor: Master bedroom with a double bed Second bedroom with full-size bunk beds (suitable for adults or teenagers) Third bedroom, small but cosy, with a full-size single bed Bathroom The bathroom includes both a bath and a shower. A mains gas combi boiler provides hot water on demand, making it ideal for families and groups. Outdoor space & surroundings There is a small front garden and a larger rear garden with a picnic table and bench, slate pathways, Welsh river pebbles, a fire pit and a BBQ grill.
