There's lots of dog walking, neighbors are friendly, urban deer wander around in the early morning and evenings. Bryan Park is just two-blocks away and there's a public swimming pool, basketball courts and a one-mile walking/running/cycling trail around the circumference of the park. There are 8 designated parking spaces on the property. Walking, cycling and driving are common means of transportation. Uber and Lyft are also popular modes of transportation. There are also a few rentable scooters scattered throughout the neighborhood. All the city buses are handicapped accessible and have bicycle racks. There is a bus stop 3 blocks away from the house. The IU Law Building and downtown Kirkwood is only 6 blocks north of the house.
