Enjoy your adventure at the Bread and Butter, 6 blocks from campus and downtown, 2 blocks from Bryan Park. Fireplace in bedroom, propane grill, desk, patio, fenced backyard and fully equipped kitchen. Hosted by teachers who hope to share their love of nature and hiking through a mid-century and National Park themed house, and naturally inspire their guests to learn about, and visit National Parks. There' are 2 king and 1 queen bed. Book a minimum of 3 or more nights and get a $50 Visa gift card. This cozy home is a mid-century, 3-bedroom, 2 full bath ranch with a privacy fence and two patios both with patio furniture. The kitchen is open concept, fully equipped with a dishwasher. The neighborhood is quiet surrounded by friendly local residents. Campus is only 6 blocks away and is located 2 blocks from one of Bloomington's largest city parks, Bryan Park. You'll feel right at home. Guests will enter through the front door with an electronic lock using an access code provided by the host. We leave our cell phone numbers so guests can get ahold of us. The location for your adventure is nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood. There are a few scattered rental properties in the area. There's lots of dog walking, neighbors are friendly, urban deer wander around in the early morning and evenings. Bryan Park is just two-blocks away and there's a one-mile walking/running/cycling trail around the circumference of the park. There are 8 designated parking spaces on the property. Walking, cycling and driving are common means of transportation. Uber and Lyft are also popular modes of transportation. There are also a few rentable scooters scattered throughout the neighborhood. All the city buses are handicapped accessible and have bicycle racks. There is a bus stop 3 blocks away from the house. The IU Law Building is 6 blocks north of the house. There are deer in the area, but we've never had any problems with them. When the first number on the keypad is touched, it will light up and the access code will be entered. Then, when the unlock button is touched, the door will unlock. When you exit the premises, the door doesn't automatically lock, the lock key needs pressed. Any instructions or requests will be on the bar counter in the kitchen. Please contact us with any questions or problems. Make yourselves at home and enjoy your visit.
