A relaxing and peaceful place facing an open view of the valley. Bed and Breakfast in a mansion dating from the late 19th century on a wooded estate of 10 hectares with heated pool (weather permitting). The place is ideal for family gatherings, friends, birthdays, dance parties, bachelor and bachelorette parties In addition, my capacity is limited to 15 people, it is a legal obligation and cannot be waived. The space You will have private access to several rooms of the house, a dining room, a living room with piano, greenhouse, pool, etc., you will not have access to the kitchen. The bedrooms (x5) are all located on the 1st floor. Bedroom 1 can accommodate up to three people (one 140 cm double bed and one single bed) with ensuite bathroom (bath). Bedroom 2 sleeping up to four people (one double bed 160cm and two single beds) with ensuite bathroom (shower). Bedroom 3 sleeps up to four people (one double bed 160cm and two single beds) with shared ensuite bathroom with bedroom 4 (shower and bathtub). Bedroom 4 can accommodate up to four people (one double bed 160 cm and two single beds) with shared bathroom with bedroom 3 (shower and bathtub). Bedroom 5 can accommodate up to two people (one double bed 140 cm) no shower room or bathroom attached to this room (guests share the bathroom with the other bedrooms). Two private toilets, one adjoining bedroom 3 and a second upstairs (1st), shared with the other four bedrooms. Guest access Located in Anjou, 15 km south of Angers at the place called La Lasserie (49320) Brissac Loire Aubance. Free parking. Other things to note For your meals, I offer tailor-made packages, dinners or lunches (outside) according to your tastes and desires (€20-€30 depending on the menu, by reservation and quote), including a very popular homemade pizza-tiramisu package (€20/pers). The consumption of alcoholic beverages is regulated, taken à la carte or payment of a corkage fee (bring your own).
