The backyard is shared with the back unit. Other things to note ⬥ Guests love our home for its downtown core location, close to many popular amenities (Caesar's, restaurants, tunnel, etc). However, like most downtown areas, you may see litter or messy yards, and possibly homeless people in some neighborhoods. Our neighborhood is generally safe and we haven’t had any incidents with our guests in the past, but we still advise you to lock your vehicle and keep valuables inside the house. ⬥ This semi-detached house shares a wall with another household living on the other side, so you might hear some noise occasionally. ⬥ There is no dishwasher in the unit. ⬥ We provide a limited amount of basic consumables such as soap, toilet paper, paper towel, salt/pepper/sugar, tea, and coffee. Guests are responsible for items beyond what’s provided. ⬥ The front entrance has a few steps of stairs. ⬥ This unit has only one floor. There is no basement.
