The lower apartment is completely separated, insulated, and accessed from the back yard. The common area is the driveway. You do not have access to the garage. Guest access You will be able to access the entire main floor of this house as well as the front yard. The backyard is fenced in and is reserved for the lower apartment only. Garage space is not available.
