Cottage on 2 acres near Magog and Mont Orford

Charming cottage on a 2 acre wooded lot well situated 10 minutes from Mont Orford National Park and 7 minutes from the tourist town of Magog. Enjoy skidoo and vtt trails as well as many other winter & summer activities. The cottage is also close to Lake Memphremagog, Lake Stukely & Lake Fraser. For guest who enjoy skiing you are also less than 1 hour from Owls Head, Sutton & Jay Peak Resort in Vermont. The space The cottage is on two levels, the main floor has a family room with a Roku Smart TV , desk, electric fire place as well as a futon. Private bedroom with a queen bed & another Roku Smart TV, a 1/2 bath & laundry room. There is a covered patio with out door dining table for 6 & 2 swing chairs. Second level has the open well equipped kitchen dining & sitting area with a second futon, full bathroom with separate tub & a second bedroom with queen bed. There is a covered patio with small BBQ & small dining table. The cottage has a private comfortable cozy feel & vibe. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house & 2 acer property aside from a small supply closet & the outdoor storage shed. Other things to note There is an out door fire pit with 6 chairs. Make sure to use the closed fire pit with cover when conditions are dry. Be sure to put fire completely out when you are finished.
