In Soldiers Point, swim in the pool and you'll be near the beach. Walking distance to many restaurants and places for coffee. The Soldiers Point Marina is close by too. The space The apartment features 2 bedrooms, a Smart flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine a microwave and a fridge, a washing machine and a dryer with a bathroom and a seperate toilet. Guest access The best place to park your car or boat is on the street. We do have a garage but it is really small even we don't park in it. We use it for storage purposes only. If you need to lock your bikes or a surfboard there is access to the undercover garage with the fob on your set of keys . Wash off the sand and use the outdoor swimming pool located in the complex. It is for guests of the point only. You will also find a bathroom with a toilet and shower on the ground floor of the building. It is for guests only. Other things to note This property doesn't include linen. We use a local linen service. Your beds will be made before you arrive. Please bring your own Beach Towels. Important Note: This property will not accept school parties or group bookings of any sort and has a strict no party policy. All guests may be contacted after booking to discuss the intention of your stay. Any noise complaints from neighbours during your stay will result in eviction from the premises, and no refund of monies paid.
