There is a private beach access for North Breakers Guests, where the beach is always available regardless of the tide. Our home consists of a guest bedroom with a queen size bed, hall bathroom with combination tub/shower, master with a king size bed, with shower only and access to the covered patio/balcony, a sleeper sofa in the family room and a fully equipped kitchen with dining for 6 guests. North Breakers is a gated community with a private boardwalk to the beach, ocean front pool, kiddie pool, and hot tub. There is covered parking in the garage below with plenty of guest parking. Starter supply of products to include: Paper Towels Toilet Paper Hotel quality soaps and shampoo products Dish and laundry detergents Hair dryers Towels and Linens Basic cooking and kitchenware We're located mid-beach - halfway between the St Simons Pier Village and East Beach. This stretch of beach is not tide dependent and has plenty of walking distance in both directions. We're walking distance to local restaurant favorites like Crab Daddy's, Barrier Island Brewing, Fiddlers, and Porch. Guest access Arrival instructions will be sent prior to your check in. Other things to note Pets: This is not a pet friendly home. Elevator: This property offers an elevator. As a residential elevator it is not guaranteed to be ADA compliant. No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general. Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend. No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group. Tax Certificate: #126822
