You can book with us with confidence! Please note: because of the stronger sanitizer we are using, you may notice a bit of smell when you check in. A private propane BBQ grill is provided on the patio for family use. Please operate the grill responsibly and follow all posted safety instructions for your safety and the safety of others. A one-time BBQ grill use fee of $70 will be charged for the entire stay to cover rental, propane refill, and cleaning. For stays of 14 nights or more, guests must purchase their own propane if the initial tank runs out. This newly renovated and furnished 5-bedroom, 3 bathroom one-floor single family house is located in one of the best locations of the highly desirable Seasons Resort with the most magnificent water front view. The backyard of the house faces a beautiful lake and has screened patio with private pool and spa and luxurious patio furniture. After a long day you could either sit in the patio chairs/lounge sipping a glass of wine or relax in the private pool/spa while enjoying the beautiful sunset lake view. You will often see Ducks and Birds coming by the water enjoying the view with you! The house is totally carpet-free so that you don't need to worry about allergies caused by the carpet fabric. It is our goal and top priority to make sure you feel as comfortable and enjoyable as possible when you stay in this house, the house is fully furnished and kitchen is fully equipped with Stainless Steal appliances as well as cookware, and kitchen and dining supplies. We also provide high chair, Pack 'n Play, stools for your children. LIVING SPACE: The living room is comfortable and spacious – designed to maximize comfort and convenience and ensure that there is plenty of room for you and your whole family. The living room includes a comfortable brand new leather sofa with large chaise, and a large smart TV with free Ruko streaming. The screed patio is the perfect place to relax – whether you want to enjoy the pool & Spa or simply enjoy the beautiful lake view and take in the beautiful Florida sunshine from the comfort of the chaise lounges. KITCHEN: Enjoy the ability to dine comfortably at our spacious new dining room table set with your whole family! The kitchen is well-equipped with all of the cookware and dining supplies that you and your family might need to offer you the flexibility of being able to enjoy a home-cooked meal, including pots, pans, blender, mixing bowls, kettle, oven tray, mitts, and more. A Keurig coffee machine with k-cups is provided. ENTERTAINMENT: In addition to large smart TV in the living room, we also have spacious BAR room with a big smart TV and bar tables and stools for you to enjoy glasses of wine while watching your favorite show or games after a busy day, or enjoy cups of coffee while watch the news and weather in the morning. there are 5 more smart TVs in our home (one in each bedroom). The garage is converted into a game room with a Pool table, a Foosball for your enjoyment. BEDROOMS: Our 5-bedroom home has 2 master bedroom with ensuite bathrooms. One master bedroom has brand new furniture (King bed and dressers) and a large window overlooking the pool and lake, the 2nd master bedroom and 3nd bedroom have Queen beds. The 4th bedroom is a Disney Harry Potter themed bedroom with 2 single beds and the 5th bedroom is Disney Mickey mouse themed bedroom with 2 single beds as well. This villa has only one floor which is perfect for any family members who may have difficulty walking upstairs. Each bedroom is fully furnished with luxury bedding, a smart TV, dresser, and closet, and are beautifully decorated to ensure that you feel at home! LITTLE ONES: To ensure a perfect stay for families with young children, we have included a high chair, booster seat, pack ’n play as well as a kids step stool. ADDITIONAL: For your convenience, a full-size washer and dryer are included, as well as an iron, ironing board, and multiple hair dryers. Fresh bath towels and pool towels are also provided for all guests. An optional private propane BBQ grill is also available for your use (additional fee), but please ensure to use responsibly for your safety. RESORT/Community: The seasons resort/community is quiet community centrally-located at the south of Orland on 192 east and behind the Medieval Times Dinner & Tournament Events. The community has a beautiful lake walking trial as well as the kids playground. Guest access During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the home. Other things to note This is a self-catering property. If any initial supplies (Keurig k-cups, trash bags, paper products, soaps, detergents, etc.) that have been provided are used up, you will need to purchase your own for your use. We provide initial complimentary Keurig coffee pods. We also provide cooking basics (pots, pans, salt, and pepper) but not cooking oil due to too many types to choose from. Optional pool heat is available for $45/day for the entire period or the remaining period of stay because it takes time, usually, one day to get the water warm enough for you to enjoy. We provide complimentary service to turn on the pool heater prior to your arrival without trip charge provided you pay a heating fee for entire stay at least 3 days before check-in. Once our technician has made the trip, the heating fee is non-refundable. You may also pay a heating fee anytime during your stay and request a heater turn-on service for a $50 fee if a technician is available. If guests use the pool heating option, payment should be sent through Airbnb resolution center. In some circumstances, we would not recommend pool/spa heating. Pool or spa heat in the summer may break down the chemicals in water quickly and algae will grow that turns water green. Under the extremely cold weather in winter, heater raises water temperature very slowly, especially this heat pump heater may not work when the ambient temperature is below 55 F. Please check the weather forecast before you decide to order pool heating. It is well-known that there are many types of insects around houses in Florida, especially in natural areas. We have hired a pest control company to treat inside and outside of the property regularly to exterminate the insects. However, you are still expected to see insects occasionally which were brought into the house after the treatment through the open-doors and the previous guest's shopping bags or luggage. Please clean food crumbs and garbage from the house daily in order to not attract insects into the house. OUR ASKS: - Please no outdoor shoes in the house. - Please no food or drinks in any bedrooms. - Please turn off all lights and lock all windows and doors whenever you leave. - Please keep all windows and doors (including the patio door) closed when the air conditioning is on. - Please bring the outdoor cushions from the outside to the inside to keep them dry and clean. *** PLEASE pay attention to the House Rules ***
