On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, one of which is equipped with single beds pushed together (together 180 x 200 cm) and the other with two single beds (each 90 x 200 cm). One of the bedrooms has a TV, and both have windows that can be darkened. Also on the ground floor: the bathroom with pleasant underfloor heating, walk-in shower, toilet, sink and dry sauna. On the first floor you will find an open, light-flooded living and dining area with a sofa bed for 2 children and an adjoining fully equipped kitchen. The cozy living area offers ample seating, a 50-inch smart TV, a bioethanol fireplace and access to the balcony. The existing air conditioning promises a pleasant indoor climate at all times. Outside there are seating areas, a parasol, sun loungers and a charcoal grill. There is also a free car parking space and a lockable bicycle shed in the immediate vicinity of the house.
