Nestled in the heart of Pelican Waters, this brand new townhome caters for families, relaxed living as a comfortable and convenient home away from home. Within close proximity to the beach and with parkland and walkways at your doorstep, you can enjoy the natural beauty and immerse yourself in a number of activities. The space The home is a 2-story property with a double garage. It has 4 bedrooms, two living spaces and a courtyard. The secure courtyard opens up to allow additional natural light during the day. There are 2 Master bedrooms, one on each level, each with their own ensuite. The bed configuration is 1 King, 2 Queen beds, an office and a fully equipped kitchen. The laundry is complete with washer. Linen and bath towels are supplied but please remember to bring your own beach towels so you can make the most of all the beaches! Enjoy the free NBN Fibre reliable WiFi and Brand new smart TV’s with Premium YouTube. As our property is dog-friendly we ask you to please clean up after them. We ask that you keep your pups off the furnishings in consideration of others. Up to 2 small dogs permitted inside on the tiled surfaces and a small additional cleaning fee applies. Activities: Beginners and experienced surfers will enjoy catching a wave at the famous Kings Beach surf beach and with the famous Pumicestone passage nearby, bring or rent a fishing rod (and BBQ boat) and cast away the day. Directly opposite the home is a large modern park with facilities to keep everyone entertained for hours: BBQ's, basketball court, lawn bowls, swings, football oval. The shopping village (Coles) is within walking distance. The local clubs close by offer courtesy buses so you can enjoy a night out without the hassle of driving.
