Charming Private 2BD| River Trail, Forest Preserve

This space is nestled in the northern outskirts of Saint Charles, one block from a large gorgeous park (River Bend Community Park), and the Fox River Bike Trail. This is a 750 SF apartment, and is one of two in a duplex building (both units are on airbnb). There are no shared indoor spaces and the apartment has its own exterior entrance. The space This space is a 750 Square Foot apartment nestled in the northern outskirts of Saint Charles, across the street from a large park (River Bend Community Park), and the Fox River Bike Trail. This apartment is one of two in a ranch duplex (other apartment also an airbnb listing) The interior has been thoughtfully furnished to include helpful amenities like coffee brewing options, good coffee from a local roaster, Norwex laundry detergent, a spice rack, blender, a few books, and many other small touches to try and make a guest's stay as comfortable as possible. We are open to any questions or special requests. Guest access You will have access to your private apartment, 2 parking spaces directly in front of it, and outdoor trash bins should you need them. Though parking spots are dedicated private spots, they are also outdoor spots and streetside. Other things to note Here are some things to be aware of in regards to this apartment, so they do not negatively affect your stay! The TV is a smart TV with free TV channels, shows and movies through YouTube TV app but no cable or local channels. Being able to use a smart TV and accasionally reconnecting it to the internet if internet were to go down momentarily is a must for TV viewing. We are in close proximity to our neighbors. You may be crossing paths with them outside, or hear the occasional crying baby. My wife and I lived here for 3 years and had no issues with our neighbors however. they are all very polite and accomodating. Some of our neighbors are smokers and may sit outside for a smoke. You might smell that coming and going We try to keep this home FREE of harmful and allergy inducing chemicals. All cleaning is done with Norwex Products, that leave no masking scent behind. We sometimes host pets in this space, so if you have a pet allergy, please let us know. We can share our cleaning practices, or offer a different pet-free unit. The bathroom toilet is a bit low! It is a wall hung toilet, so we can't really replace it with something higher. what we have done is included a toilet seat booster in the hall closet. If you think you may have mobility issues getting off a low toilet, this booster would need to be used. The space is a cozy 750 Square Feet. As such, most things are efficiency sized, from the compact stacked washer/dryer, to the 5'x7' bathroom.
