The perfect home away from home, whether for work or for pleasure, we offer you a warm welcome to our superbly located South Birmingham home. –Newly refurbished –Super fast 100mbs WiFi –65″ 4K LED Smart TV –5 mins walk from Kings Heath High Street –14 mins to Birmingham City Centre / New Street Strain Station The space The home consists of two double bedrooms on the first floor and a further bedroom on the ground floor. The master bedroom is equipped with a king bed, the upstairs guest bedroom has a double bed and the downstairs front bedroom consists of a single bed with a further single bed tucked conveniently underneath that can be slid out for use as required. We provide a fully equipped kitchen with all the modern facilities you would expect. Appliances include: gas hob, extractor fan, microwave, toaster, kettle, washing machine, condenser dryer and American Style fridge-freezer with ice and water dispenser. We also provide tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits. The kitchen dining area seats 4. The living area is a superb place to hang out to watch movies or sports on the large 65" 4k TV. The curved Collins and Hayes Horst sofa is ridiculously comfortable and once you sink into it, you wont want to leave. It gives a great view from any of its 10 seats. The main bathroom has a WC, wash hand basin, bathtub and shower facilities. The downstairs bathroom has the WC and wash hand basin only. Clean towels, fresh bed linen, hair dryer, iron and ironing board are also provided for your stay. The patio offers a cool place to chill out on the rattan double egg chair perfect for reading a book, drinking a coffee or a glass of wine. Please note: There is a driveway at this property with parking space for one car but there is no drop kerb. 95% of our guests have no issue with this and can park on the driveway however it may not be suitable for lower/lowered cars. We welcome both corporate stays and family stays. Guest access Our guests will have access to the entire home. The front driveway has ample off-road parking space for one vehicle. Leading out from the kitchen into the rear patio area, guests can enjoy the secluded rear garden.
