Description
The beautiful 6 meter Bedouin Bell tent accommodates 2 adults in a double & up to 4 children on pull out z beds. Everything you need for self catering stay is included, towels, bedding, cooking eating & washing up equipment, log burning stove & cool box private facilities right next door with hot shower & flushing loo. Outside there is an undercover cooking area with gas stove and charcoal BBQ, firepit and seating. Guests also have access to a fridge freezer & power points in the parking area. The space Hollington Park Glamping is a small family run glampsite set in a beautiful woodland with everything you need for a self catering stay. We are happy to take groups of adults and families alike, couples are also of course welcome! We are completely dog friendly!! Hollington is all about chilling, relaxing getting away from reality for a few days and enjoying the peace and quiet of nature without the fuss of having to bring all your stuff, set it up then take it all home again, we do all of that for you! Surrounded by countryside you will encounter Peacocks, Chickens, Geese and Ducks wandering around the glampsite. Not forgetting Tony the great Dane and Flash the dachshund. We have three wonderful pubs within walking distance. The Rampant Cat 1 mile, The RedHouse Highclere 1 mile and the Furze Bush Inn just under 2 miles. There are lots of things to do in the area such as Beacon Hill, Watership Down, Highclere castle (aka Downton Abbey) the Living Rain Forest and 3 wonderful Farm Parks, FInkley Down Farm, Bucklebury Farm Park and 4 Kingdoms. Guest access Guests have full access to our 10 acres of woodland which contains the two pods and three tents, private facilities right next door with flushing loos and hot showers, firepit with seating, shared decked undercover chill area and private outside decked seating areas, undercover cooking areas, power points and fridge freezer access for the tents....Straight out of the gate the surrounding countryside is beautiful and has many wonderful walks, which often end up in one of the lovely pubs! We are mostly on hand to welcome all guests and around to help or give advice. On the odd occasion we are not present, detailed arrival instructions will be sent before your booking date. The terrain is flat but of course woodland floor, we have hosted guests with various disabilities including guests who need wheelchair access, just call or message if you need to discuss before booking and we will do our best to accommodate!
