Every bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, giving everyone a private, comfortable space. ★ Primary Bedroom: King-sized bed, lake and mountain views, smart TV, private en-suite with rain shower. ★ Second Bedroom: King-sized bed, vaulted ceilings, a cozy loft with double bed (not recommended for young children), smart TV, and rain shower. ★ Third Bedroom: King and twin beds, walls of glass on the main floor, loft with twin bed, and en-suite with shower/bathtub combo. ★ Each bathroom is stocked with fresh towels, hair dryers, and toiletries for your convenience. ⭐️ KITCHEN & LOUNGE ⭐️ Step inside to a spacious open-concept kitchen and living area filled with natural light from large windows. The modern kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and an oversized quartz island for easy meal prep and conversation. Enjoy a family meal at the dining table for four, or sit at the island bar. There’s also a cozy coffee bar for your morning brew. The lounge centers around a fireplace (operational from Oct 15-Apr 15) and a large smart TV, ideal for movie nights or unwinding with family. ⭐️ OUTSIDE SPACE ⭐️ The outdoor deck is perfect for enjoying the fresh mountain air and lake views. Relax in the hot tub, gather around the fire pit, or dine alfresco at the table for eight. For added entertainment, the patio features a large smart TV and an interchangeable game table that includes both ping-pong and air hockey. A walkway leads directly to Lake Blue Ridge, where you’ll find kayaks stored in the cabin’s crawl space. The spacious backyard provides plenty of room for kids to play, and with the lake just a few steps away, water activities are easy to enjoy. ⭐️NEIGHBORHOOD OVERVIEW⭐️ Nestled in a peaceful forested area, Lantern Landing offers a secluded getaway with access to outdoor activities like hiking, fishing, and kayaking. With hiking, water activities, and Downtown Blue Ridge nearby, your adventure awaits! ⭐️GUEST ACCESS⭐️ Guests have full access to the entire cabin, including the hot tub, fire pit, kayaks, and other amenities, for groups of up to eight. Enjoy free WiFi, smart TVs, and beautiful views from every room. Please note: ✨A signed renter agreement is required upon booking. Additionally, a security deposit of $500 will be required for your stay. ✨Please be aware of the local wildlife around the cabin, including deer, bears, and snakes. While these animals are a beautiful part of nature, they can also pose risks. Keep a safe distance, avoid leaving food outside, and be cautious when walking in the area. ✨We would like to kindly remind you of our business hours, which are from 8 AM to 11 PM. We have limited availability for assistance between the hours of 11 PM and 8 AM. For non-emergencies, such as general inquiries or requests, please leave a message and we will promptly return your message the following morning. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Enjoy all the amenities, including the laundry facilities, spacious bedrooms, ensuite bathrooms, free wifi, hot tub, fire pit, full kitchen, kayaks, and more. The views from the open design living space are breathtaking and will help you feel immersed in nature for your entire stay. Disclaimer: We have a path that leads down to the lake. It's about a 2-3 minute walk down to the lake, where you can enter in our designated area. We do NOT currently have a dock and cannot accommodate boats coming and going. There is a great marina nearby if you would like to take advantage of boating on Lake Blue Ridge. There’s plenty of on-site parking on the cabin’s driveway so you’re just a few steps away from the private entrance. Safety is important to us and we remind all guests that the loft areas are not designed for young children. The loft areas are high and the ladders are steep. We have installed heavy-duty ladder blockers for parents who wish to deter their kids from climbing up. Guests acknowledge that swimming, wading, and all other activities in or around the lake are inherently risky and undertaken at their own risk. By entering the lake or using any related equipment, guests agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the property owner, management, and affiliated parties from any and all liability, claims, damages, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to injury, loss, or death sustained while engaging in such activities, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. Other things to note ✨ A signed renter agreement is required upon booking. Additionally, a security deposit of $500 will be required for your stay. ✨ Swimming, wading, and kayaking and entering the lake are done at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty, and conditions may vary. ✨ Children must be supervised at all times. You MUST use life jackets when entering the water. The property owners / co-hosting company are not liable for injuries, accidents, lost items. ✨ Four wheel drive is not required. ✨ We kindly ask our guests to ensure that all trash is securely placed in the trash bins, with no loose trash, to avoid a $100 fine. ✨ Please be aware of the local wildlife around the cabin, including but not limited to; insects, bees, deer, bears and snakes.
