Floating Rock Cabin Private 5 acres, near River

Get away from the city and come wind down on our 5 acre property just a 3 minute drive to the clear cool waters of the Llano River. The Floating Rock Cabin has everything you need; a full kitchen, washer/dryer, a bathroom and shower, an outdoor shower, and Netflix. Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck while watching birds, deer, and other wildlife. Spend your day on the beach at the Llano River fishing, swimming, or hunting for rocks. The starry skies are a must after you grab a bite to eat. The space This is a 550 sq foot building with one bedroom, a bathroom and loft space. The main room is a combination kitchen, dining, and living room. The building is on our 5 acre property and you have the place to yourselves. Guest access Feel free to roam the property but be aware of the cactus and thorns. We also have an abundance of wildlife and creatures. The river access is in our neighborhood and only a short drive away. We have beach towels and a couple of beach chairs available for you to use at the river. Other things to note Even though we are in a rural area, we have high speed internet. No issues with zoom calls or any streaming! The pet fee is $25 per night. Maximum of 2 pets.
